Lisa joined Avenue Trust Company Limited in January 2022 as a Compliance Administrator, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in law enforcement. Her extensive background provides a strong foundation in investigative work, risk awareness, and regulatory understanding, which she now applies to the evolving demands of the compliance environment.

 

Since transitioning into the fiduciary sector, Lisa has embraced the opportunity to work within a new team and navigate a different professional landscape. She is committed to developing her expertise further and has attained a Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering, Advanced Certificate in International Regulatory Compliance, amongst others, reflecting her dedication to maintaining high standards and supporting robust governance frameworks.

 

Lisa plays an active role in engaging with the company’s principals and addressing both internal and external compliance challenges, contributing to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Working with a great team of individuals whom have common objectives and commitment to work at pace.

 

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family, friends and supporting the Guernsey Raiders and Guernsey FC (“Green Army”)
